The Richters Herbs Experience

We’re excited to welcome your group to Richters Herbs for a special behind-the-scenes experience! Designed to inspire your own gardening journey and showcase what makes Richters unique, this guided tour is free of charge and available by advance booking only.

Please note: Tours are by reservation only and intended for groups — unfortunately, we cannot accommodate drop-ins or individual visitors.

Richters Herbs Experience tours can be booked year-round, with spring (February through April) being the ideal season. Tours are available Monday–Thursday, at either 10:00 AM or 1:00 PM, and each tour runs approximately two hours. We may also be able to accommodate visits between May and September — please inquire when booking.

What to Expect

We’ll begin with a warm welcome and a cup of our delicious herbal tea to set the tone for a relaxing and inspiring visit. Each guest will receive a Richters catalogue — your guide to our incredible offerings.

During your visit, you’ll learn about:

Back-End Greenhouses

See how we sow seeds and propagate cuttings from mother plants across our eight working greenhouses. Learn about our plugs — designed for easy and economical planting — and get a peek at our shipping area.
