Parsley Flakes vs. Root

Can you tell me if parsley (dry flakes) and parsley root would make the same tea?

In general, the different plant parts have different properties and cannot be assumed to be equivalent. That is certainly true of parsley flakes and roots; the flavour the tea will be different.
