Cocaine Testing

Can herbs such as echinacea and DHEA cause a person to test positive for use of cocaine?

I don't know how they test for cocaine, but it seems unlikely that the herb Echinacea or the hormone DHEA could be confused for cocaine because they have different constituents. Only coca leaves contain cocaine alkaloids.
