I am 52 years old. My chest muscles and connected shoulder muscles are very tight or very stiff. If I want to stretch my hands backwards, it takes little bit of time and it will go only by inch by inch. Currently, I don't have any pain. But it is very uneasy. I don't think it is spasm. I do regular exercise at least 45 to 60 minutes. I was a gymnast till the age 23. After that I did not do exercise regularly, but recently I do exercise. As per physical test, I am in good shape. No BP, no sugar, no, no,.... I think this is the only problem I am going through. If you haven't already done so, I suggest that you visit a doctor to get a diagnosis on your problem. In muscle stiffness with no other symptoms or injury, I suggest relaxing the muscles and improving blood circulation to the area. Keep the area warm to help loosen up the muscles. Exercise should be gentle, so that the area can heal without further strain.
Could you please suggest me one herbal medicine which I can buy from Richters.
