I have a thriving lemongrass plant that has developed blossoms – seed or flower heads. Question: should I let this develop or trim it?If you would like to want your own seed and your plant is the East Indian variety, then let it develop. Brush the pollen tassels that will emerge from the flower spike with a soft paint brush so as to tranfer the pollen from the anthers to the stigmas and have seed develop.
